Meguiar’s 125 Anniversary Prize Draw

1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is 3M United Kingdom PLC (“Promoter”), whose registered office is at 3M United Kingdom PLC, 3M Centre, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8HT, United Kingdom.
1.2 This promotion is a free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants confirm that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this Prize Draw.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize awarded. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
2.4 Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or by third-party agents, are invalid. Joint submissions are not permitted.
3. No Purchase Necessary
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
3.2 Internet access and a valid email address are required for entry. Standard internet or email access charges may apply depending on the participant’s service provider.
4. Prize Draw Period
4.1 The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 (UK time) on 14/04/26 (“Opening Date”) and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 August 2026 (“Closing Date”).
4.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available at www.Meguiars125.co.uk during the Prize Draw Period and submit their full name, age, email address and postal address.
5.2 Alternatively, participants may enter by emailing their full name, age and postal address to info@meguiars125.co.uk with the subject line “Meguiar’s 125 Anniversary Prize Draw” during the Prize Draw Period.
5.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, or damaging to the integrity of the Prize Draw.
5.5 Instagram may be used to promote the Prize Draw. Posting on Instagram is not a condition of entry. Entry into the Prize Draw is only valid via the website form or email route described above.
5.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or not successfully completed due to technical faults, network issues, or system failures of any kind..
6. The Prize
6.1 One (1) main prize and two (2) runner-up prizes are available.
Main Prize
6.2 The main prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, including:
- return economy flights for two (2) from a major UK airport to Las Vegas
• hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy)
• admission to the SEMA Show as guests of Meguiar’s
• Meguiar’s merchandise
6.3 Travel dates will be determined by the Promoter and are expected to take place during the SEMA Show 2026 event period. The winner and their guest must be available to travel on the specified dates.
6.4 The winner and their guest must both be aged 18 or over and hold valid passports and any required travel documentation.
6.5 The prize does not include any costs not expressly stated, including but not limited to travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance, meals or personal expenses.
Runner-Up Prizes
6.6 Two (2) runner-up prizes will also be awarded:
Second Prize
A Day in the Bay experience plus Meguiar’s 125 Days anniversary merchandise.
Third Prize
A Meguiar’s product kit bag plus Meguiar’s 125 Days anniversary merchandise.
General Prize Conditions
6.7 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
6.8 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6.10 The Prize does not include any costs not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance, visas or other travel documentation, meals, spending money or personal expenses.
6.11 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers involved in providing elements of the Prize, including but not limited to airlines, hotels or event organisers.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period.
7.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date using a verifiable random selection process.
7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification and Publication
8.1 The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
8.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 In accordance with the UK CAP Code, the Promoter will make available the surname and county of the winner upon request. Requests must be made within 30 days of the Closing Date by emailing info@meguiars125.co.uk
8.4 The winner may object to their surname and county being made available by informing the Promoter at the time of claiming the Prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter will still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
9. Publicity
9.1 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw. Participation is not mandatory.
10. Data Protection
10.1 The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this Prize Draw and fulfilment of the Prize.
10.3 Personal data may be shared with agents and suppliers acting on behalf of the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.
10.4 Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Prize Draw and comply with the Promoter’s legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with 3M’s data retention policies.

10.6 Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of their personal data. Requests may be sent to privacy_eu@mmm.com.
10.7 Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical malfunction or system failure.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to, suspend, cancel amend or terminate the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.12.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
